If a home/space has never been listed on Airbnb, we can ensure it’s set up to welcome guests, recommend repairs, buy necessary items like towels and toilet paper, set up a lockbox, and create a home manual. 

 

Create a listing:

Home Away From Home can create a full professional Airbnb listing for your home/space. We’ll write the titles and descriptions, take and upload photos, and help determine the nightly price.

Message with guests

We message guests on your behalf, using our co-host Airbnb account. We will get to know your guests, answer all their questions, and coordinate their arrival and departure.

 

Manage reservations

We offer full management of your reservation settings and can accept or decline reservation requests on your behalf..

 

Help guests during their stay

If guests have an issue during their stay, our team can communicate with them and fix the problem. For example, if a guest is locked out, their shower stops working, or their internet is down, they can call us to help fix the problem. We are 100% local based in Manly.

 

Write reviews

We can use our own Airbnb account to write reviews of guests on your behalf. Guests will be able to review the listing and us as your Co Host.

 

Update calendar and pricing

Full calendar management is offered, keeping the listing’s availability up to date and monitor the price settings. We can also add things like seasonal pricing and weekly discounts. Your calendars can also be synced with any another booking systems you may already have in place.

Restock essential supplies: 

Replenishment of household essentials, e.g toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, tea & coffee, milk etc (replenishment of household essentials, cleaning products, tea & coffee supply’s etc. are included in the cleaning fee).

 

Cleaning and maintenance

We clean the homes that we manage, and employ a fully trained cleaning staff. We also have a maintenance outfit on call for any repairs. 

 

Towels and linen

We supply quality towels & linen. If you would prefer your own quilt covers for styling that is fine, otherwise we supply all white. If you prefer that your own linen is used that that’s fine too… just be aware that it needs to be replaced once stained or damaged.

 

Home Maintenance

We also handle general home maintenance and make sure anything that’s damaged gets repaired. Put out bins if required, organise gardeners, forward mail etc. 

 

Get help from Airbnb

If necessary, our team can contact Airbnb to get help with any reservation or guest issues. We will always handle the communication and find a resolution.

 

Internet

It is recommended that you contact your providers and add us as a contact to your accounts. If there are any issues we will then be able to trouble shoot on your behalf.
