Commission rate of 15% + cleaning/linen fees + GST

Commission rate of 20% + cleaning/linen fees + GST

Listing set up

$400 + GST

Professional photo shoot packages available - prices proposed based on the size of the home. Styling of the home prior to shooting is $60 p/h + GST

Investment property consulting
